virus

Stay home, stay home
the months go by
if I was inventing
a virus
it might look like
this
revenge of the pangolins and bats
not-killing most
shutting down the rush
stopping cars and cruise boats
grounding planes and just
stay home, stay home
talk to your neighbours
from a safe distance
do some exercise
only shop once
per week (yeah right)
bake
appreciate
women workers
in hospitals and schools
schadenfreude
for foolish
politicians who ignored
warnings, pressed flesh and ended up
breathless
