In search of (even more) sparks in the dark
Submission deadline extended to 17 May 2020 (midnight CET)
Dear creative folk,
A brief reminder that there’s still time to contribute to INVICTUS, the one-off online arts magazine featuring lockdown-inspired writing and art. The deadline has been extended by one week to 17 May 2020 (midnight CET).
If you would like to participate, please send your work (short fiction, flash fiction, micro fiction, vignette, essay, poem, visual art, photography, illustration…) to submissions@invictus-spark.org along with:
- Your name (and the name that you would like to appear, if different)
- A short bio (@50 words) – optional
- One social media link – optional
Once we start reviewing the work, we may come back to you with questions.
In the meantime, stay safe and keep creating.

INVICTUS

- Our goal is to include all work that has been submitted in good faith, does not violate any ethical standards and has not been published on another platform.
- INVICTUS will be published under the Creative Commons License CC-BY-NC, meaning that people may share or adapt the work with proper attribution/credit as long as it’s not for commercial purposes. You will of course hold the copyright to your work.
- INVICTUS is a one-off online publication created entirely by volunteers. There is no monetary compensation for either contributions or collaboration.
